We chose Midwest Roofing because they have a local office in Melbourne with a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable team to guide you through the process of getting a new roof. They are punctual and show up when scheduled. They get the job done in a timely manner and they lay down tarps to keep the area clean while working. They also guarantee everything with a workmanship warranty. We are happy with our choice to work with Midwest Roofing.

We search for a couple of weeks to find a licensed and insured roofer. We called a few other companies with limited call-backs, then we called Midwest Roofing. Chad responded immediately and went out to the house that day. We quickly received a quote. It was a complete detailed quote as well as a great price. We approved the quote and got things under way. Once the material came in Chad got his crew out there and replaced the shingles. Very professional and thorough work. We love our new roof! You won't go wrong with Midwest Roofing!

I had been searching for a few weeks for a licensed and insured roofing company that could come out and repair my moms back porch roofing. Several companies did not wish to complete the task as it was a small job. Other companies provided a large estimate or showed up and wasted time. There was a deadline to at least have the project started as insurance was claiming to drop coverage. I reach out to several friends and family on social media and received a call/text from the owner Chayce. I had forgotten that he had started or joined this roofing company. I have known Chayce for years and he has always stood by his word, trustworthy, professional, friendly, and just an awesome individual.

I called him and told him about my mothers house needing repairs on her back porch roof. The repairs needed to be done by the date. He instantly tells me “Brother don’t worry I got you, Moms like family”. He then proceeds to explain how he is going send his best roofer and repair individual named Gerardo.

Fast forward a whole 2-3 days. Mr. Kevin (estimator) shows up and it was like talking to an old friend you hadn’t seen in years. He was very patient and explained everything to me and my mother. Kevin never once showed an attitude or anything. Definitely a good ole boy.

The estimate was sent over and the price was reasonable and affordable for my moms budget. Chayce went ahead and dealt with the insurance company to make sure the insurance company wouldn’t be able to cancel my mom insurance policy. Within two weeks the project began. Mr. Gerardo showed up and he went to work like a mad man. One man show to say the least. I stopped by and checked on the project. Mr. Gerardo greeted me and encouraged me to see what he was doing or had done along with answering any questions I had. The project was competed in one day and it was absolutely flawless. Looked solid and well built. Invoice was sent and paid. Followed by several follow ups to ensure the project was at or above satisfaction.

Midwest roofing overall took care of me ,my mother, and saved us. I recommend and will continue to share with others my experience to help those who have been struggling to find professional and affordable roofing solutions.
