(January 8, 2017, 10:15 am)Lifetime Wellness Centers offers an unusual approach to exercise. There are 10 different toning tables exercise machines. After 1 hour I feel like I’ve had a deep tissue massage, and the fact that I am getting a workout at the same time is incredible.

(August 13, 2016, 9:16 pm)The machines are different than I have ever used before. The machines are all motorized. It's like physical therapy, but with no pain. It is so relaxing. I feel better when I go there. I give these machines a perfect 10!

(June 10, 2014, 11:53 am)This machine is fantastic. It does everything, all the muscles. It allows you to fell good and healthy about your self. I just lied on it while relaxing to the vibration of the bench top. It got me stimulated while doing my exercises. What a machine!!
