Mini U Storage

We like the storage place. Because it is convenient, clean, easy access and the staff is very friendly especially April and Sharon. They are very knowledgeable about the storage units. April showed us two different storage space. To find out what's best for our needs.

This place was convenient to my location. It was clean and property was well maintained. My attendee was so friendly, helpful and Knowledgeable. She also gave me options on available units plus, tools to better serve my storage needs.

The service and helpfulness of the employee of Mini U Storage was excellent and handled as quickly as I believe it could be considering all the paperwork and moving around to show and explain everything about their rental storage facility. I appreciate her knowledge and experience at that facility in helping me acquire my storage locker in a timely and pleasant way. I would recommend the facility to others. My only complaint was that the advertised price did not include the insurance which is mandatory unless your stowage already has rental coverage through your insurance company of choice.

We are Storing a travel trailer. When we showed up Shannon was there to greet us with a very friendly Disposition. Shannon was very thorough throughout the whole rental process. She took her time to show us what parking spots were available and let us choose which one we wanted. She took care of the contract and check in process thoroughly and with ease explaining everything as she went along . I would recommend this location and especially this customer service representative any day. ????????????????

The customer service is to die for!! Karen and Shannon made the experience super easy. The units are clean and easy to access. The free shelf to use is awesome. Need a truck? ...no problem ...fees came to $16 and refill the gas used! Highly recommend!
