I am just writing a review now because I recently had to switch clinics due to Viera Fertility not being in network with the IVF insurance my employer started offering in 2022. I switched to a larger IVF clinic and it is like night and day. It feels much less personalized, processes are more robotic, and I truly feel like a number and not a patient. I understand this might be the norm with larger practices but it is unfortunate, right? I never felt that way with Dr. Chamoun and his staff (Shelley is amazing by the way).
