  This is a great transport company. It was easy to check in, great price, CLEAN, the staff was friendly and the transition was smooth. Our driver even gave us a little narrative of things as we being transported. Definitely will use Go Port again. Thanks Go Port for keeping the vacation enjoyable and hassle free

  Our drivers, both ways, were very personable yet professional. The shuttle was clean and comfortable. We were headed to Port Canaveral on the 10am shuttle (Thur; Jan 16, 2020). Our driver, a former veteran, was also a lively tour guide as he slowed to point out Cape Canaveral as well as the dock renovations for the largest ship in the world for 2021. It was a pleasant experience.

  This was a great experience from start to finish. Couldn't have been any better. It was timely and expeditiously handled. Everyone we came in contact with was gracious and caring. Loved our one night at the Hyatt in Orlando. We would definitely do that again.Not onlyn did the woman pick us up from the airport and take us to the Hyatt; she also picked us up later, drove us to a nice restaurant and then picked us up and returned us to the hotel. Very impressive!

  As retired military I was impressed by the smoothness of the operation and the level of service received. Customer service from phone operators, airport desk representatives, and drivers was well above average. Shuttle buses were clean and in good repair. Vehicles arrived at the times we were told. The price point of the package (shuttle from airport to hotel, stay at hotel, shuttle from hotel to cruise, and shuttle from cruise to airport) was significantly less expensive than the collective price of those individual costs. For my next cruise I will absolutely be making use of their services again.

  We took our second cruise in 30 years and this one was out of Cape Canaveral. We used Go Port to find a hotel and shuttle package so that we could come down the day before the cruise. The hotel was very nice, in fact it was a full suite and the shuttle to and from the port was on time and nice. The driver on the way to the port was very informative. I would recommend for those that want to make one call and be done.
