Calema Windsurfing & Watersports

Susie was great getting us set up. Despite some setbacks with scheduling, the wind, and other issues out of their control, everyone at Calema was helpful getting us on the water! Be sure to bring your sunscreen and plenty to drink - us freshwater sailors were pitifully unprepared!!

Tinho's instruction was super helpful, and fun too. I really appreciated his insight into why the right techniques work, rather than just what they look like. Spend your surf-bucks on good instruction at Calema, you'll be happy you did!

Susie was so patient and thoughtful and supportive -- had a great two person first time windsurfing lesson! Can't recommend them enough, the whole process from scheduling to payment to the lesson was professional and smooth. Looking forward to going back for more water sports too.

Leland is a fantastic instructor. My wife and I took 3 classes in a row with him (2 on the small single Hull and 1 on the small catamaran) and we had a blast. Leland is a fun and patient instructor who I would recommend to anyone. We truly enjoyed our time out sailing with him.

We just finished Windsurfing camp and my son LOVED it! The instructors were so friendly and knowledgeable. So fun, we will be back to give it a try on our own!
