“This is a great store! In the past few months there has been some issues inside the store as the staff were concerned. The store was in shambles, things not stocked, isles blocked by rolltainers filled with freight and so many different faces every day. I have to say that in the past few weeks this store has had a major overhaul with the staff and product available. Since Yvonne and her Crew left this store you could see a huge difference in everything day by day. Now this store is under New Management with store manager being John from the South Courtenay store, assistant Diana, shift manager Erin. They have all worked very hard to turn this store back into what it should've been. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The store is clean and well stocked so that you can get the things you came for. So I just want to put this out there for those of you who don't shop here because of a bad situation or any issues in the past to give it another shot and go back in to check out the compete makeover from the staff to the product on the floor and I assure you that you will not be disappointed. Great job after 17121 on cleaning the store up and getting it running the way it should be!”

“On the afternoon of Christmas Day 2019 as we were getting ready for my grandson’s birthday party, our house A/C suddenly quit working. I checked all the circuit breakers but none were tripped. Needing the A/C for the party and with all the A/C companies closed on Christmas, I called Page Air and Darren Page, the owner, responded immediately and came to my home despite being Christmas. When he opened the A/C system in the garage he quickly found the source of the problem. The motherboard had failed. He replaced it and had the A/C working again in no time. The motherboard was under warranty. He cancelled the house call fee as a Xmas present to me and my family. This goes to show what a considerate, unselfish and compassionate person Darren is. And based on all the other reviews it’s obvious those qualities are also carried over in all of his relationships with his customers where he places the utmost care, attention to detail and total customer satisfaction as his natural mode of operation in every one of his jobs.
