Today Jan 16,2022 I called Titusville Housing Authority Maintenence answering service regards to my Brother's heating not working..The Titusville Housing Authority on call answering service Lady answered my call and I explained to her about my Brother heating not working and if she can send someone out to look at his heater soon as possible because of the temperature supposed to drop tonight and tomorrow and on Tuesday..she took all of the information and her response is I'll try and see what they can do..I replied to her No this is not the time and try and see what maintenence can do someone need to come out and look at his heating and she hangs up on me as I was talking..so I called back to get her name took her a good minute to answer and she refused to give me her name and hangs up on me again that was very RUDE...Titusville Housing Authority Maintenence if your on call answering service on call operator does not want to deal with answering emergency Maintenence calls than you need to reconsider finding someone else who knows how to deal with the public and can do the Job..The Titusville Housing Authority On Call Answering service deserves 0 Stars Not A 5 Star..
Update..The Titusville Housing Authority On Call Service Lady Was So Nasty she faxed out the wrong information work order out to the on call Maintenence guy that my Brother lost his keys and need to get in..This Is not a time to be playing jokes on a elderly person with no heating..The on call Maintenence guy came out with a work order about lost keys..The on call Maintenence guy was not equipped to work on the heater he tried his best to change out the thermostat that didn't work..so he was nice and he did provide him 2 floor heaters until Tuesday..
Very helpful Workers an nice always Good warm place to visit.
The ladies in THA public housing are wonderful. I have needed something addressed and it was done quickly. I also like that even though this is low income housing, I am always treated with genuine respect. Thanks again ladies!
