“Went here to get some clothes for my mom...caught a good sale on shorts which is exactly what we were shopping for. Plus, I got a nice top for myself. However, I don't like how they have things grouped by brand...I had a very hard time finding my mom's size. The employees don't like it either. Like it better with clothes grouped by size...ie: misses, women's. Etc....”

I told him that I had to use this line for a pick up and he said he could absolutely help me. He got another worker to ring me up immediately and thanked me for my patience. I felt appreciated! Ths employee was monitoring the customers correctly and sensed I was getting antsy. I appreciated his intervention!”
