“The staff are friendly, courteous, and patient with all of my questions. The wait after you sign in is usually 10-15 minutes as long as you have made your appointment and show up on time. The one time I did not make an appointment, they still saw me and my wait was approximately 20-30 minutes. Not bad, considering the wait times at most offices and emergency rooms are 15-30 minutes. Overall I am pleased with the way they are taking care of me and my unborn baby. People complain about the service they are getting but fail to realize that it is "free", and these people aren't getting paid top dollar, not to mention that they have little funding but still provide adequate and exceptional care to families in need. Once again, lovely staff, and good service.”
