It has a sister building built in the the historic Eau Gallie district of Melbourne some 45 miles to the south. Both overlook the Intracoastal Waterway, the views of which other properties command near $1,ooo,ooo.oo Titusville Towers enjoys a front row view of space launches from the living room couch ????. 24 hour nursing and meals inclusive with rent make this a little oasis that allow residents to stay on property. An in-house recreation director and transportation service to doctors and quality of life activities give the property a very very long waiting list for the next available opening. 12th floor views area amazing!”
