“From my first call to visiting the facility and meeting manager John Shenk (no relation, so don't worry, this isn't biased) and his assistant were very polite, friendly and welcoming. I can't imagine better service anywhere. Not only is the facility itself the nicest and cleanest one around the pricing is more than fair and I feel totally comfortable and safe leaving my Motor Coach there! Better hurry to get a parking space or storage unit before they fill up.”

“I had to move across the country and selected a Penske truck. I had never driven a truck like these before so I was more than a bit concerned. The 16 foot truck I was given was literally brand new. I immediately was able to negotiate turns with the power steering operational. The entire ride was smooth as a Cadillac. The speed to move was there when I needed it. It held up well going up mountains. The road noise was diminished significantly. When I had to extend the time I needed it, there was no problem. The quality of this truck took so much stress off my already stressful situation - long distance driving. So...If you need to move long distance, I would recommend using Penske.”

Unfortunately, the 3/4" plywood they offered to keep my boat & trailer from sinking into the mud turned out to be 3/8" plywood which immediately splintered into pieces when I backed the trailer on to the plywood. I had suggested 1/2" plywood so when they offered 3/4", I was very pleased. Upon seeing the 3/8" plywood floating on the mud, I was quite disappointed. Otherwise, price, staff, security and facilities are reasonable.”

“Straight forward, no bs, no hassle, drive up, individual, CLEAN units. Reasonably priced. Absolutely LOVE the woman in the office. She was very accommodating when I had to find storage ASAP (house finally closed, Mon, had to be out by Fri). No problems setting up lease. AND since I moved out of state, this woman was up to date and accommodating of a UShip pick up (had to send her the keys to unit). In which she/they acted with much care and diligence. Refund (security) was quick and in full. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND (I would trust these people with anything I owned....good, honest, hard working, people.....that do not put up with bs, much like me). ON the other hand we have All my Sons Movers...whom I DO NOT recommend. The pic shows how their crew of teenagers (young idiots that were in a super rush, although I was paying them $129 a hour) threw my belongings into that unit.”
