RJ's Den is awesome!!! Great place in getting that effective workout in, and RJ is great, motivating and really effective in seeing your results fast. I recommend highly for kickboxing and that great cardio workout.

RJ’s Den is the BEST place to work out! There is such high energy and a sense of community within the Den. Since joining, I have leaned out and felt so much stronger, both physically and mentally. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to start a fun, well-rounded workout regimen.

BEST GYM EVER! It's fun and exciting and you will absolutely get a great burn out of the classes every single time.
