The Fish Joint

This place is counter service but the quality of food was very good. I ordered the snapper (grilled) platter which comes w/ 2 small hush puppies and 2 sides. I chose the cheese grits and mixed veggies which was broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. The grits were surprisingly very very good. The veggies were also good. They weren't too soft or too hard... Just right. My snapper was very tasty although a tad overcooked. The hush puppies were just ok... Really just fried cornmeal. My husband got the grilled grouper sandwich which was cooked perfectly. His order also came with 2 hush puppies and 1 side (he choose veggies as well). There was artwork on the south wall that implied local caught fish, but the grouper came from the Pacific Ocean so maybe just some of their stuff is local caught? Anyway... Prices not bad. Worth a try. We'll probably come again.

Great food and friendly service. Always consistent. I’m pretty much fixated on the fish tacos 🐠🌮. Been coming here since they opened. The owner seems like he gets customer service and quality food. Definitely recommend. I wish they would have raw oysters on the menu. We need a great raw bar in Creek.

When they say don't judge a book by it's cover well this is the place.
Hooked on the dirt bit they weren't kidding when they said that. This place has the freshest sea food around town portions are just right
The lobster roll is out of this freaking world (just make sure you get it hot)
Anything on this menu will live you satisfied and wanting to come back for more.
Love this place and always try to make it there at least ones a week.

We LOVE this restaurant! Have eaten there multiple times since they opened. I love the fish and chips, hushpuppies the seafood platters (if you want something lighter). The food is always fresh and delicious! Another MUST HAVE is the bread pudding - WOW! This is the best restaurant bread pudding I’ve had in years - so good!

Talking about it all made me hungry, gonna order for dinner tonight.

The food is good here. The staff is super friendly. It’s a great little local spot for seafood. I would definitely recommend.
This is a casual little joint, nothing fancy, so I wouldn’t suggest it as a date night spot. But, would definitely recommend for a quick, yummy bite.
