Yoga has been a positive force in my life. It has made me aware of my mental and physical limitations. If you want to move forward and deal with those limitations, give yoga a try. If you stick with it long enough, you'll be glad you did. :)
Ruth Ann is a real master of her craft. Her focus on alignment and deep knowledge have improved not just my yoga practice but my body awareness and posture throughout my day. I am lucky to have found such a dedicated teacher and grateful to continue learning so much from her.
I always knew that yoga was good for you. Good for flexibility, keeping your spine straight, good balance and in short kept you younger longer. However, it wasn't until Ruth's class That I stuck with the practice. I walk straighter, my scoliosis doesn't bother me as much, my arms are toned, my core is strong.
Ruth is so enthusiastic about what she does, you get to immerse yourself in that uplifting and healing energy. She is so knowledgeable, she is actually the most knowledgeable yoga teacher I had come across. She teaches the core and tradition of yoga practice and has always a smile in her face. I love taking her class and it is changing my way of living life to a more positive and exciting one! Thank you!
Ruth is a great yoga teacher and really good at teaching in general with a lot of experience. She really cares for her students and takes the time to explain how to do each and every pose properly. She makes the sessions fun and I feel like I learn something new each time I come. Her studio feels bright, warm, and colorful. I use to suffer a lot from wrist and back pains in the past, but it seems to have improved greatly since I started practicing here, I have forgotten all about my wrists! I know it’s not just me because my massage therapist and chiropractor asked what I did I do to my back; it feels a lot less tense. I told them I started doing real yoga. What I like the most is that the poses seem simple to follow, but yet very effective. I have had sore legs and thighs the next day after a session, which means something is working. Best of all, the poses don’t seem very dangerous, at least when she teaches them, so anyone at any age can do them and I think there’s a lot of benefit to be gained here. Everybody here seems very friendly and I would highly recommend anyone to at least try it out at least once. Ruth even tells good jokes sometimes! I don't think anyone can find a better yoga instructor.
