Annika was a life-saver! After another company dropped the ball and failed to properly submit my fingerprints I was unable to start my new job and worst of all lost the 2 weeks I waited on results that would never come. I needed to redo the fingerprinting as quickly as possible. When I told her my predicament she offered to do it that very night. She was so nice and professional. Sadly her amazing service amplified everything the other company did wrong.l only wish I had come here first. Their phone system may make you think they are a big uncaring company but their amazing customer service makes you feel otherwise. They were cheaper and a million times better. I can't help feeling that she dropped everything to help me and it's so nice to know there are still business that actually care about their customers. I highly recommend this company. And I especially want to thank Annika who was truly a life-saver anxious to help me get back to work.
