I brought my Martin to Gary, it felt difficult to play. Gary examined the guitar and immediately saw the problems. He really knows his stuff. Said to give him 48 hrs. But it was ready the next day and plays like so nice now, I can't put it down. I bought my Strat from Gary many years ago. Great store great guy!!

Gary was great. I took my guitar to another luthier and was not happy with the results. Gary told me he could make it perfect and he did. Even worked on another guitar of mine and didn’t charge me. I plan to buy my next guitar from him. Thank you for the great service Gary.

Have had maintenance and repairs done on several of my guitars at The Guitar Exchange. Recently had some work done on my Ron Kirn Signature. Gary is superb; nice, expedient, and professional. Would highly recommend.

Took my Dad here to get his Fender serviced and the experience was wonderful. Gary took excellent care of our needs and although a simple fix; he could of charged us but he didn't!!! We will definitely be returning customers and would highly recommend anyone with guitar/musical needs to go to the guitar exchange; you won't regret it!

Gary at the Guitar Exchange does great work - I find him to be very honest and quite knowledgeable. I had Gary set up a couple of my guitars and so far so good, the playability is so smooth and fun with the action having been set just right.
