(February 9, 2019, 8:05 am)I love staying at this hotel, however , this recent stay I felt the need to give 4*. The breakfast is the same everyday, so imagine staying for a week, yes boring. No bread to toast, lousy bagels, egg and sausages, cold biscuits and gravy. Got tired of those eggs pretty fast, and those biscuits were old, the microwave hated to warm them up. Tea and coffee were great and waffles if you liked them. Apart from that my room was clean and staff are awesome, especially the young front desk staffs

(January 23, 2019, 9:02 am)Great stay! Mainly because the workers were so great! That does a lot for the establishment! My husband and I went on a cruise and spent the night there the day before. When we came off the cruise they allowed us to house our luggage there until our flight out late that evening, and we went shopping. Then there shuttle took us to the airport!! Great customer service!! I loved the staff!!!! Stay here if you want good customer service because you don't find it too often!!!
