As a mother of an Autist Son, I can say that this school is the best that happened to me family since de diagnosis. The team of teachers, specialist and even the administration is always open to help and guide us in the process. My son achievements has been possible thanks to their work. I strongly recommended the American Preparatory Academy.
My son has attended APA for many years and we couldn’t be any happier. The staff is amazing and the environment is very welcoming and friendly. No tolerance for bullying and class sizes are small. I highly recommend this school.
I’ve been a student for quite some time, the school is really a great place like one big family. I’ve struggled in my past schools and this one take there time with the students to really give them a better understanding of the subjects which makes the learning experience so much better definitely recommend bringing your kids here. :))
Our son was REALLY struggling in school. We tried public and private and charter schools, trying to find the best environment for him to succeed. The doctor we were working with said he needed a school with not only a smaller class size but one where the staff and administration were equipped to attend to his needs.
After doing our homework, we felt that APA would be the perfect fit for our son; and we have never looked back. The smaller class size and personal attention that he receives from his teachers have helped him significantly in his education and personal growth. He enjoys going to school again and his grades have improved significantly. He has been on the A and B honor roll ever since (for the last 7 years). The teachers and staff are awesome and dedicated, and the smaller class size allows them to concentrate more on the needs of each individual student. I can not imagine him being as successful (academically and personally) without APA. We can’t recommend them enough.
Since my son Phillip has attended, he has increased comprehension and focus, which he never had before. He is happier than he has ever been and succeeding in the process in all his subjects. Anytime he has a behavioral issue or occurrence with another student, the teachers make you fully aware of it, so you can immediately deal with the situation, this works perfectly! The staff is wonderfully helpful and they treat their students as if they were family. This is the benefit to a smaller school for any type of student, with or without disabilities. This institution has given me a peace of mind and has altered my sons future for the best. Thank you
