The representative was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. I truly appreciate all her help with purchasing my new phone.

This is by far my favorite AT&T store! They’re always so professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful. Special shout-out to the general manager and other managers for having such a good employee like Dorian. Dorian took care of me as soon as I arrived and provided the upmost customer service (I wish that tipping at these sorts of stores was normalized). It was a good experience and usually it’s extremely hectic at retail cell-phone stores.

Excellent customer service and excellent mobile and internet service, they keep up with the innovations of technology and make our life easier. I definitely recommend it to everyone. Take it from me, I'm an ex-xfinity customer with so many headaches daily. I'm so glad I made the decision to switch to them.
