He brings the foundational skills of Brazilian Jiu-Jistu that you won't find anywhere else. He is very good with the children and cares for all his students deeply. He gives a 120% to each individual each time. My Master helped me lose 27 lbs and gain strength I didn't know I had. He also taught me how to protect myself, which came in handy in college. He also trained my mom for two years.

Luciana, his wife, is the administrator and takes care of everything you need outside of the mats. They are very honest and clean. There hasn't been one day that the gym was not smelling like Pine-Sol (which kills the covid virus after 10 minutes). Even during the middle of the pandemic, they completely adjusted their business to meet CDC guidelines and make sure all of their students were safe.

This place is very family oriented, and our Master will teach your children family values to carry on with the discipline that comes with every martial arts. The children also have a great after-school program that picks up the students from school, make sure they have a structure routine, and includes homework tutoring. But from personal experience, bjj is a martial art that will teach your children to protect themselves in any situation.

Since you step in the gym Master Toco and Luciano his wife makes you feel that you are part of a family. My daughter is 9 years old and goes to learn self defense. Excellent, excellent place. When I left NYC I was worried about finding a great Jiu Jitsu School. Turns out I had a nothing to worry about. They also have early morning classes at 6:30, which is unique and excellent.
