I had some issues in the beginning dealing with Rotech attempting to get my equipment. However, after speaking with Lauren and actually going there in person, she and the other office staff were very nice, professional and accommodating. I realized after looking at their "board" on the wall of people waiting for equipment that it is not their fault. It is due to the shortage of equipment available. I have nothing but praise and good things to say about Lauren especially. She went above and beyond to help me resolve the issues and receive my equipment. Thank you Lauren!
