Poke Ramen Asian Soul Kitchen

This place is EXTRAORDINARY. The customer service is so warm and friendly the second you enter the building. The place is high energy and you can tell the staff is excited about the restaurant. After the gentleman at the poke station explained the menu I decided on the hot cheeto poke burrito and agreed to all of the suggestions he made to me regarding toppings and sauces. Let me just say that this is the best sushi-style food item I have ever had and I am no stranger sushi and poke restaurants. I am mildly considering going back for dinner and I JUST had lunch there. The ingredients are as fresh as it gets. (I also added Avocado for an extra charge. You get half of an avocado and it was perfectly ripe!) I just cannot believe how much flavor is put into each menu item.

Kevin the proprietor is amazing! He took the time to explain the menu options, as I am a sushi and ramen novice. He is very energetic and very invested in preparing this special food himself! The other staff members are very nice as well.

I enjoyed a made-to-order sushi burrito, it was delicious, and a number of people passing by the outdoor seating asked about it. My small therapy dog was very welcome to sit with me outside the restaurant too!

Do not miss this easy and remarkable dining experience! Highly recommended!!

The broth here is very tasty and full of flavor. Poke was fresh which is really important for raw fish. Location is convenient to Nova Southeastern University. Dining room is well decorated and clean albeit a little small (it is a quick casual restaurant - so that might explain why the smaller squarefootage of restaurant).

Really good! Both my hubby and I got the #1 ramen. The broth is delicious, so flavorful! We sat outside and the chef came out to ask how it was and picked up our empty bowls. Great service!! Highly recommended!

THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! If you want perfection you will get it here! So tasteful, perfect mix of flavors. The noodles where amazing (which I’m rather picky with) and on top of that everybody was SUPER nice. very Beautiful decorated and very clean! Definitely will be back!
