This is the best place to shop for phones. Even if the phone isn't T-Mobile they still help out when they can. Absolutely stellar service, always tells you the truth. Best place to go if you ever have trouble with your phone or need someone to teach grandma how to use Ed her phone, excellent staff and service and prices aren't that bad either.

Larry did a great job! even though it took 4 hours because I had so much on my phone. He stayed with it and saw it to the end. Thanks Larry!

Came in to see what offers were available. The staff was extremely nice, greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was impressed with how clean the store is! They had fun music playing. While there were a few sales associates working, I had the pleasure of getting assistance from Kiersten. She was so helpful and answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and kind. I will be coming back to this store!!!

James is the BEST! He helped my mother in law add a line to my plan. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He made the entire process painless and he was so very patient with us. Thank you! This is the only store we will be using for anything in the future.
