When we finally decided on the laminate flooring we wanted, we found that there were several retailers that carried it but we ultimately decided to go to Distinctive Carpet & Tile and we are so glad we did! Right from the moment we met Paul, we knew we had come to the right place. We were very impressed with Paul's knowledge and professionalism. He was very informative and answered all of our questions and took the time to explain anything we asked him to. When installation began, we met Hugo our installer who was awesome! He was always punctual, professional, meticulous, very experienced and very hard working. We really appreciated his attention to detail and he was a pleasure to work with. We are thrilled with our new floors and the experience exceeded our expectations. We want to thank Paul and Jason for making this process such a pleasant one. Paul and the team at Distinctive Carpet and Tile did an amazing job with a complex project. Our office has many cutouts and other companies have refused to do the work. Paul from the beginning told us what the project entailed and helped us choose the perfect wood look tile. His team finished the job in two days and it looks incredible! Pricing was very reasonable. Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Distinctive. Jason and Paul are just the best and then they have Hugo who installs your floor. Hugo was always on time and worked through some heavy duty sinus problems. It took a couple extra days because of that, but well worth the patience for completion. The icing on the cake is the job Hugo did on the stairway. The work is impeccable. Just the best experience. Call them now if not sooner if you have flooring needs.

I recommend this company because Jason and Paul worked around our busy schedule. They were very patient and stayed in contact throughout the process. We had Hugo installing our flooring. He was very professional and always on time for the 6 day project. Hugo did an amazing job taking out the old carpet, putting in new baseboards, and installing the new flooring, especially the stairs. He removed all of the carpet and cleaned up his work station and any dust nearby after the job was finished.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. Family owned, run by brothers Jason and Paul, excellent customer service, quality of product, and exemplary workmanship can be expected for every service. We have used them several times over the past 5 years and they never disappoint.
