Shout out to William Rivera from Home Shield Shutter Group Inc. After installing electric shutters on my fixed windows facing the ocean, it occurred to me to test the ability of closing these shutters, especially now that the hurricane season is about to start. To my surprise, neither of the three motors operating the shutters were operational. I contacted William via Home Shield Shutter Group, we se up a date and right on he shows up with a crew of 4. They went through the painful job of having to hang from the outside to troubleshoot the problem. A faulty cable installed by an electrician shorted out and burned one of the motors. William and his crew spent 8 hours working out this problem and resolving it to immaculate perfection. This company has worked for me in the past, sealing the balconies over the years and have always stood behind their work. Complications take place from time to time with tasks that we perform, rest assured that I know--I am a retired surgeon---however what mitigates the problem and leave people satisfied is the way we handle such complications. I have nothing but praises for William Rivera and Home Shield Shutter Group. If the opportunity arises again for their services, I will call him without any hesitation.
