Prior to calling Ganz, a plumber from my home warranty company came out and said they wouldn't fix the leaking shower faucet (of course after taking the service call fee). Not Ganz, I sent them a picture of the leaking shower faucet and new exactly what it needed to be fixed. They were on time for the scheduled appointment and had it fixed quickly. Thanks again Ganz for the great customer service!
