Rhonda has both the personal communication skills and the professional know how to make a significant impact on your health and well-being. She knows how to guide and push you to the next level in a safe and effective way. When I work out with Rhonda on a regular basis, I progress steadily in strength, tone, and most importantly to me, in a feeling of good health and well-being. Rhonda demonstrates exceptional knowledge of personal fitness. She uses progressions effectively, varies your workouts not only for interest but to work different muscle groups. In addition, she is a delightful person who is genuine and really cares about her clients' health and well-being. You would truly benefit from giving her a try. If you want to get fit and you want to work with someone who knows what she is doing, Rhonda is an exceptional choice. Go for it!

(September 12, 2015, 12:54 pm)This is the best private training in all of FL. Private one on one training with the best personal trainers in FL. 2nd floor, never crowded and great trainers. Even the other trainers are supportive to their non clients. Great location, great team of people, beautiful location. Love my trainer Mike Maloney, super supportive and kick ass trainer. This place is perfect for those who are serious about training and see the value in it.
