They absolutely excelled at communicating with my Insurance adjuster any time it was needed. Their want and attention to detail was absolutely amazing - they are definitely customer centric. Con(s): Call me a Gen-Z for this but I wish their communication was a little clearer. They had my car for ~6 weeks in total. At first I called once a week just to see how things were but the real breakdown happened towards the last week of them having my car. It was stressful in the fact that it was a lot of tapping on my part. I’d call and they would say they’d call but I never got the call so I’d have to prompt them again.”
