Boca Terry

I had to make a delivery here in a 53' dry van. Quick fast unloading. Workers was friendly and nice. Lots of room to back in. They have overnight parking. They open 8am but Workers get there around 7:40. I was unloaded immediately. 15 mins for 18 pallets. I would definitely deliver here again.

What great products they have and on top of that, my sales lady, Rosemarie, provided the upmost excellent customer service. I first stumbled upon Boca Terry robes during a stay at the Conrad Hilton in Fort Lauderdale Beach and boy did they know how to provide nice stuff to their Executive Floor guests! My fiance and I tried on the microfiber robes and we didn't want to get out of it. I googled Boca Terry after our mini holiday was over and I was so lucky to have been connected to Rosemarie. I had no idea what I wanted and from their large selection of robe styles and materials, being lost is a bit of an understatement. Nonetheless, Rosemarie was so patient answering my questions from our first encounter over the phone. She then sent me this mini collection of all of their samples. Fortunately I had the opportunity to visit their location in Pompano Beach in FL where she showed me all of their products and examples from previous customers to give me an idea. The other great thing about working with Rosemarie is that she gave me genuine feedback and responses and she worked with me to execute my vision. I had all these ideas about embroidery: sizes, font styles, colors, etc. and we went back and forth at least a few times until we get it right. I never felt pressured nor rushed. The order came within two weeks! I now have the luxury of having a high quality and comfortable robe in my closet.
