(January 3, 2019, 2:29 pm)After living in half a dozen communities all over south Florida I would have to say this is the best. By far the best pricing, very quiet and very pet friendly. Other reviews complain about cars being booted but it is made very clear on move-in that guest cars need to be registered to prevent over-crowding and unauthorized vehicles from taking spots from residents. They even remind you weekly through emails and have an online link to register guest cars so you can do it from home 24/7. I’m personally glad they do this as I have never had a problem finding a close spot to my building.
They have free bagels and donuts every Friday and a free coffee machine available every day. Lots of community events like parties and activities. I was surprised to see a racketball room as almost no other communities have one. The staff is friendly and remembers everyone and always ask me how my dog is doing. The only things that need to be fixed is the front gate but it appears it is only broken because a resident rammed into it so it’s not even the front office’s fault. Another dumpster/compactor needs to be added as well but it’s never been an issue for me since I just use the valet trash service. Overall I am very happy living here. -

My only major issue is for them to fix that gate or replace it with a barrier that opens and closes quickly to keep people from tailgating onto property. But still very worthy of this five-star rating. I personally love living here and the price is definitely not bad for this location compared to other communities. The office host many fun and helpful events that actually get us as a community together.

(October 11, 2018, 4:01 pm)I have lived at The Enclave since 2013. The management team we have now is by far the best I have experienced. They are very polite and willing to help and seem to really care about their residents. I am happy with all the changes the community has been making.
