Had to get Covid tests for my husband and myself for travel to Canada.
This experience was very painless. The staff was efficient and professional. The technician who administered the test was very gentle and helpful. I highly recommend this lab of you need testing.
Canadians note, there is no fee for the required test to cross the border into Canada.

I was a bit worried about being exposed to COVID-19 so I made an appointment for the PRC test. It's super quick and simple. I called them when I got there, a staff came out with some paperwork and exchanged for my insurance & driver's license. Less than 5 mins later, a technician came out to take sample. She careful explained what she would do, gave me a tissue as she knew I would need it. Since I came there before 10am, i got my result that very day, via email and the company's website. I hope not to have to take another test any time soon, but if I need one, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Keep up the good work! We can all use a little simplicity these days :)
