  Several years ago, my father, a life-long gold bug, wanted to develop a relationship with a precious metals dealer in south Florida. For him, this was a major decision that he did not take lightly.   Brian was very cordial on the phone and made me feel just as at ease in the office. He patiently sat with me as I sorted through several bags of jewelry that had been purchased by my grandmother years ago. He even recommended that several pieces might generate a better price on eBay or Letgo than they would for their individual weight in gold or silver. I truly appreciate all the time he spent and how comfortable he made the whole process.

  Both Brian and John treated me and this transaction with the highest level of professionalism and respect. I appreciated Brian's candidness and willingness to inform me on their procedures and resources for valuing gold and coins. John's demeanor and full disclosure of wholesale, retail, and spot pricing enabled me to fully understand the buyer's side of the transaction. At no time did I feel insecure with my decision.
