Seating also provides a very cool setup to watch the skiers If you are ready to pry the the rug rat off the couch... This would be a fantastic start.. You can rent what you need or bring your own.. “This park is awesome! Celebrated a family birthday party here recently. The staff at the park are very helpful and renting a shelter was easy and almost painless and fairly priced. There's a nice water park for youth that unfortunately it's only open in the spring and summer seasons. However there is year-round paddle boating, kayaking and water skiing. Nice trails to go on a bike ride too, novice to expert. I recommend this park for special events and even just a day at the park.”

“This place is very quiet which is a major plus. My only major issue is for them to fix that gate or replace it with a barrier that opens and closes quickly to keep people from tailgating onto property. But still very worthy of this five-star rating. I personally love living here and the price is definitely not bad for this location compared to other communities. The office host many fun and helpful events that actually get us as a community together.”

“Undoubtedly a new favorite hotel to stay. Very attractive architecturally. Wonderful rooms and balcony. The service is personal and immediate. We never entered without a 'hello' and the staff wondering if they could do anything for us. The facilities including the bar, restaurant, pool and workout room were excellent. The restaurant is managed by Henry and he truly made my wife and I feel like family. The food was exquisite and would be somewhere for us to come back to for it alone. My wife and I are not easily impressed, but The Royal Blue did it for us.”
