Robert was friendly, helpful and informative. My art work had a lot of colors and he guided me in the right direction to get the best SWAG for my event. From the first time I called he was a pleasure to work with. He was very patient with me in figuring out how much to order and sizing. I live in Michigan and could have ordered locally, but was so impressed with the service, so I decided to go with Design Appeal. Thank you!!!

The customer service was exceptional. They were super helpful and accommodating. We had issues with the event shirts due to COVID and they provided us a refund.
