  A perfect place to hang out and relax. The area is always clean and also the beach. You see the Palm trees, homes, cottages and sunshine while walking around. Amazing area to visit.

  It’s a great beach. Usually the crowd is okay - but don’t go on spring break because the kiddos are crazy and everywhere. They get the beach really super packed. Really nice to go there and spend the whole day, you can go for a run in the morning. Have some breakfast at one of the many restaurants they have on the beach and then hit the beach.

  Clean beach with bathrooms, plenty of picnic tables, grills and a park for the kids. It was a beautiful day at the beach. I would have liked to see a stand with refreshments and somewhere to purchase sun screen (we visited the first full day of vacation and were not as prepared as we should have been).

  xThe weather was too chilly for us to really enjoy the beach, but we strolled along the sidewalk adjacent, and also stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott with windows facing the beach. It is a wide, flat beach, perfect for walking, jogging, volleyball, and building sand castles. There are life guard stations, and the occasional police at certain entrances. Across the street are plenty of restaurants for refreshments. The beach offers a lovely view.

  Outside of the parking which can be a challenge, we really enjoyed this area a lot. There are benches, barbecues, tables, and of course the beach. It is a very nice area where you can relax, have a meal, picnic, or just people watch. It's in a convenient location. Easy to get to. Sometimes you will have to sit in traffic, but if you go during the week or at off-hours it should be okay.
