Shannon smith. Case manager states she has no obligation to speak with family. Due to the fact of personality conflict. Mental health has everything to do with family. The peer specialist states she no longer wants to deal with my son, Daniella Wentz. The supervisor Curtis never returns calls, even after a year and a half. Snide comments is not professional and not responding is not professional. A lack of staff and nasty residential staff.

They also thrw away everything he owned from their CRT program due to him being incarcerated and then to a hospital for placement. The boy has no one, mother lives in another state and father has had hard times unable to visit and they have all of his money. Appalled.

Archways is an OUTSTANDING ORGANIZATION! In the past six months I have recevied housing assistance,transportation to medical and work related appointments, medication discounts,discounted meals,copay assistance, assistance filling out forms and, most importantly, I have received the precious gift of always having someone to lean on whenever life knocks me down. I am forever grateful for the teams of SAINTS that work everyday to make the world a more compassionate place. Again, THANK YOU ARCHWAYS!
