Dan's Fan City

Ordered our fan in January. Didn’t get delivered until May. It is what it was like all the other shortages, but the staff understood my frustrations and offered other solutions (credit for a different fan in stock etc.), but the wife shall get what she wanted. Regardless, staff was excellent and I’ll be going back to get more fans for my house. Their fans are the only ones that actually push air with high CFM. The WiFi is also a plus. This fan was well worth the wait.

Originally, we chose to install one type of fan. I ordered three of them, installed them and didn’t love them. I felt that they didn’t blow enough air. Darryl literally came to my house after his work day to help figure out what would be a better fit. We found the best one and he arranged for replacement and installation. Darryl’s follow up was excellent. I highly recommend this place. And Darryl deserves a raise!

Being inexperienced in selecting a ceiling fan, my only thought was to purchase what looks good to me. However, when I spoke to Darryl he educated me on a number of key points to consider when purchasing a ceiling fan! He was very knowledgeable about selecting a ceiling fan that was suitable for me and answered all the questions that was important to me in making my choice! I truly recommend you stop by and experience the great customer service!
