From the moment I called and spoke with Javier, I knew Prestige was the place I wanted to bring my Mercedes in for service. Not only did they offer and unbeatable price on service A, but I felt like they listened to me with another concern I had. Start to finish, their service. care and communication exceeded my expectations. I'll never take my car anywhere else.

A+++ The service advisor Rich came highly recommended so I gave him a call at this specialty shop. Rich scheduled an appointment at my convenience to help diagnose my check engine light along with my overdue oil change I have been neglecting. The shop was clean and I felt welcomed upon arrival. They were able to fix my issues along with pointing out some other wear items (serpentine belt and pulleys) that if I hadn’t changed would have left me stranded shortly after. Overall, my vehicle is back to A quality standards and can I drive with the peace of mind knowing it was professionally looked over. I was welcomed by Rich and the group with a smile. Clean and comfortable waiting room. The service team pointed out a few items I should consider in the future. The oil change was promised in 90 minutes, although they finished in 60 minutes. Over delivered and under promised! Great experience.
