I'm consistently exercising and mindful of what I eat. I have completed many 21 day detox-a-thons and I really feel like a different person. Healthy and happy with my beach vibes :) Come see Dr. DeFreitas for natural medical services, Dr. Lina Fernandez for an amazing facial or Jen (Me) for a detox smoothie and salad! :)
