I'd like to thank American Senior Trust especially Canela and Shalisha for going above and beyond the call of duty in answering my constant barrage of texts and calls throughout the process of hiring a live in aide for my mother.
These ladies are incredible! They have helped me with every aspect of the process and more day and night. They've worked tirelessly helping me through a very difficult time. I would recommend American Senior Trust to everyone who is in need of a home health care agency for their loved ones. You can have complete faith and trust in the services that they provide. They have given me peace of mind of which I had none for a very long time.

Always have good aides. If not compatible they will not be sent to you again. Staff Always friendly and helpful. Personally I have a hard time keeping the billing and payments to match up. Dependable service all the time. Definitely, I would recommend this company for assistance and care.

We highly recommend American Senior Trust. Canela was so sweet and professional. Their pricing was very reasonable and they were ready to accommodate us with any needs we had with changes to our scheduled times of service. Canela had experience with other agencies with her own mother and opened this business fixing the services she didn't like. Both she and Shaleesha would get right back with us when we called if unable to answer. They provided a wonderful lady to take care of my mother. She was kind and caring always, though my mother could be difficult at times. They also found someone very quickly to temporarily replace Dorothy when she was called out on a family emergency.

My mother was just starting to have dementia. I was trying to keep her in her home, but she didn't like any of the caregivers I was getting. When I found Canela and American Senior Trust, she took the time to get to know me and my mother and found the perfect caregivers. My mother looked forward to her "friends" coming over!
I also never had to be worried if someone didn't show up, which had happened with so many other services. American Senior Trust has so many caregivers that they can have someone there in a matter of minutes. And even if my mom had to get someone different for a day or a night, they were perfect, too. Also, they are so fair in their prices, which is so difficult when trying to get help with your loved one! They are so professional! Don't go anywhere else when you want someone to help you. They are like having family.

American Senior Trust did an outstanding job of working with my mom in South Florida. My mom moved from her single family home in N. Miami Beach to an independent living community in Boca Raton. This was a scary time for her and us. However, Canela worked with our family to reassure us that they would find a caring professional to help my mom transition to her new surroundings. Within a few days they found a wonderful companion for my mom. She was a warm, caring individual who my mom loves. The transition to the senior community was made that much easier because of the support American Senior Trust provided. I highly recommend their services.
