I am giving SMU roofing a 5 star review as it was certainty earned. It all started from the very beginning with the quick response from the estimator, Johna Cray. She responded on a Saturday shortly after I called the business number and leaving a voice message. It is evident that Johna knows her business along with being extremely helpful, responsive, and patient.
SMU was very transparent from the beginning with the permitting status and advising when different phases of the work would begin. The Project Manager, Frank Loria, visited the job regularly to see that everything was being done according to the contract and and kept in touch with me as the owner to make sure that I was happy with the work being performed.
All of the in-progress inspections and the final inspection that were performed by the Building Department were approved the first time which also says a lot.
I highly recommended Sheet Metal Unlimited (SMU) if you are looking for a quality metal roof installed on time and done the right way the first time.

I cannot recommend SMU highly enough. The number one thing to me is communication. From sales to the removal/restore team to the install team all lines of communication were not only open, but highly responsive. I got great information about the metal roofing varieties allowing me to make the right decision for me. The removal/restore team was on time and hardworking. They worked even in wet conditions to get me dried in before an approaching tropical storm arrived. Not one leak, even before the metal went on. The roofing install team were great. There are some odd elevation places and they made everything look smooth and finished. On top of all of this, they have a general contracting team that helped me with soffit and fascia replacement so I didn't have to shop that work elsewhere. I am thrilled with the way the roof looks and functions!

I'm giving Sheet Metal Unlimited a positive review. Good communication with our sales rep every stage of the job. The head supervisor was attentive and helpful. They make an extra effort to have a nice finished look. Our new roof is beautiful. We are happy that we ended up with SMU.

We had a great experience with Sheet Metal Unlimited. We needed to completely replace our roof due. We were quoted by maybe 5 companies and they were the best value for the scope of work. The process was super quick and easy and they made everything very simple to understand. Payment was also a breeze. I would highly recommend using them for roof repairs and/or replacements.
