(January 17, 2019, 7:17 pm)e chose this hotel after a mistake by the call center. Upon arrival we were delighted to be greeted with bottled water, major relief after being stuck at the airport. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were great. We checked out after 1 night stay to find out less than 15 minutes later our new flight was cancelled and needed to stay another night. Staff were very accommodating and didn't make us feel like we were bothering them with having to check back in. Staff were always willing to help. My only concern with this hotel is that anyone can get into the pool due to the key card not being required for it. The pool was also cold and needed cleaned as well as the sidewalk surrounding it required cleaning. Otherwise, a great stay!
