Richard was super nice and very helpful in giving me every single detail about the pool I need it. I felt like he was looking for my best interest which I appreciated. Very patient that I had a baby on a stroller and I was asking the same questions over and over.. Also he gave my husband a lot of tips in how to have my patio ready for the arrival of the pool and offered a lot of discounts.
