Wonderfully updated. 100yds of decorative rocks just installed, new waterpipes 3 mos ago, 7 new permanent doublewide mobilehomes with new driveways and landscaping, new asphalt paving. Good price. Just dont leave anything out unlocked, the 'regulars' are nightowls.
07-23-22 Update. Price has just doubled for temp RV people. It has now become a high theft area. The trashiest RVs come in. Lock all your belongs inside. There are no picnic tables.

I spend one week a month here and I'm very comfortable. Management is in the process of making substantial improvements and adding quite a few new homes. My only concern is that, with all of the new residents, the really good amenities may get quite crowded. The manager, Laurie, is the best!

We stayed there for our week out of Wilderness Lakes RV Resort since my husband had broken his leg and couldn't drive our truck and fifth-wheel. We were fortunate enough to have friends staying at Wilderness Lakes who could help us move the 15 miles to Royal Holiday and back. The location was fabulous, right in town, and the people were friendly. It's a Mobile home park with a few RV sites. The sites were huge with their own cement patios. The roads were nice for pushing my husband around in his wheelchair.
