(May 21, 2021, 8:22 am)Mike is an excellent trainer. He takes his time to show his clients how to lift and exercise the right way. He’s patient and caters his training regimen specifically to each of his clients. Its been a great learning experience training with Mike! Highly recommend trainer!!
(June 18, 2019, 12:57 pm)Due to recurring injuries, I had pretty much given up on group exercising and was just doing random walks. While walking, I observed Mike training another person at a local park. I asked for a card and contacted him and after a long discussion wherein he educated me on how to avoid recurring injury to my knee (proper form), I decided to give personal training a try. That was the best move I ever made! I have had the pleasure of working with Mike for the past two and a half years and my overall fitness, strength and most importantly my knee, have improved 100% . I highly recommend Bodyfitt Personal Training. You will not be disappointed.
(June 18, 2019, 11:30 am)Mike is a great trainer. He gives you goals that are possible for you to obtain. He is always positive and encouraging. He shows you many exercises that can be done on your own. I always looked forward to his visits and would recommend him to anyone.
(August 2, 2017, 8:28 pm)Mike is an excellent trainer. He talks with you, not At you, and helps you devise goals that are attainable. He is diligent, thorough, and always prompt, yet flexible. Understanding that life (and pizza) sometimes get in the way, Mike has a unique way of reminding you of the goals you set for yourself. Mike's knowledge of muscle groupings is impeccable.
I highly recommend this trainer!
