I was diagnosed with an eating disorder at an early age and Milestones helped me get out in the most empowering and kind way. Shout out to Nikki, who with her knowledge and expertise has guided me through various food issues and fears and continues to do so with every single one of her clients. She is amazing!!!! Thank you Milestones!
