Although this company provides a good service, their prices are way off the chart. I had a problem with my top of the line A/C system. They sent two reps out to diagnose the problem which took approximately 30 minutes. They did a bit of rooting around and found out the problem was the fan was not working. They quoted $380 to fix the fan, which was under warranty. I okayed the repair thinking it was going to take a while to fix this problem and that the $380 was "fair". Little did I know that the whole fix took around 35 minutes or so. When I asked the repairman how much they charged for labor, I was told $85 an hour. Why $380 then? Because I was charged the labor for the two men who "diagnosed" the problem, the time spent coming and going from my home, the time spent going to the warehouse to get the parts, and the time spent for the repairman to come back to my home and repair the AC! WHAT A RIPOFF!!! I can only say I will never use this company again. I didn't realize my costs included running their company. I realize their are overhead expenses, but this was totally unacceptable. All I can say is "buyer beware"......................look around and you'll definitely find a cheaper fix.
