Golfcrest HealthCARE Center

I needed a Rehab place for my grandmother. I asked around and found that most people gave me the same answer- Golfcrest Healthcare Center. So I called and made an appointment with the Administrator. On the day of the meeting I was greeted by her and her Director of Nursing. We chatted for a while, and then they showed me around the facility. I was very impressed by what I saw. They helped me with the paperwork and now my grandmother is getting the best care for her recovery.

This is a hidden gem in the Hollywood area! It is located on an off street in a family neighborhood and it’s the perfect location for rehab and long term care residents to feel more at home. The building is clean and staff is friendly. I appreciate having staff that is fluent in both english and creole. All the residents and patients I met greeted me and was happy. This is hard to find in a nursing home setting. As a traveling nurse, I enjoyed going there and it was refreshing to see a facility that is still homelike and most staff has worked there awhile and treated the residents like family.
