Hollywood Eye Institute: Shareen M. Greenbaum, M.D.

After suffering with my left eye progressive Orbit inflamation for weeks, and frustrated by the lack of diagnosis and treatment by two well known Ophtalmologist; including two wasted visits to the famous Bascon Palmer Institute in Miami; I decided to visit Dr. SHAREEN GREENBAUN for her professional opinion. She had performed succesful Catarac Surgery in both my eyes two years before.
Dr. Greenbaum was not only genuinly concerned but went out of her way to order several lab tests, prescribed medications that positively helped and ultimatedly refered me to Dr. Dan Georgescu, an Orbit specialist who finally arrived to a diagnosis and treatment.
Had Dr. Greenbaun given up (like the two well known Ophtalmologists who dismissed me without a hint of what was happening) I would had lost my eye sight by now. She was experienced. kind, caring and did not give up untill she knew where and by whom I ought to be seen.

I've had poor vision since childhood and wore contacts or glasses. Thanks to Dr. Greenbaum and her staff's excellent care and kindness, I can see perfectly, having had cataract surgery with implanted lenses. The surgery was quick and painless. Colors are vibrant, textures crisp and distant objects clear. It's a whole new world for me.
